ESXi Network Issue Resolution & VDS Migration

Seeking an ESXi Network expert to help in resolving network connectivity issues affecting my environment, which runs on ESXi 8.0.3. In addition, a migration from vswitch to VDS is needed, along with a firmware update for network cards and hard drives to be vSAN compliant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and resolving network connectivity issues affecting the environment
- Migrating from vswitch to VDS
- Updating firmware of network cards and hard drives to be vSAN compliant
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Extensive experience with VMware ESXi, particularly version 8.0.3
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues
- Expertise in virtual switches, in particular migrating from vswitch to VDS
- Familiarity with vSAN and its requirements for firmware updates
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently to resolve issues.
