Dream machine and switch setup

I'm seeking a tech-savvy expert to set up a Ubiquity Dream Machine and a smart switch primarily for homenetwork security, privacy and family wifi control.
While the specifics on the needed security features weren't expanded on, familiarity with Firewall protection, Intrusion detection and Traffic monitoring is advantageous. This project will start in around 2 weeks must be completed within a month.
Assistance in setting up Lorex security network (connectivity) as well.
Ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of network security features and be able to recommend switch (24) to work with UDM, the best practices for a secure setup.
Efficiency and accuracy in setup are key, and experience in similar projects is a must.
