Docker Container Network Troubleshooting

I am experiencing network connectivity issues with my Docker containers. The specifics of the issue will need to be diagnosed. Please provide your expertise in resolving this matter.
There is a container that uses 0.0.0.0:8020 for hosting and that is running in the dockler container, however i can't get to this from google chrome on the local pc, for communicating with it.
If you have done this before please can you let me know, this should be relatively simple for someone who has done this before.
