Desktop Support Engineer

Supporting and troubleshooting Windows 7, 8 and 10
Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and its core applications
Experience with hardware and resolving ad-hoc break fix issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
Experience with printer and scanners

· Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

· Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.


The candidate:

· Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
