Dell Switches Configuration - S5048F-ON

Hello Guys
I am looking for someone to remotely help/configure 2 x DELL S5048F-ON swtiches.
we have following hardware
2 x DELL S5048F-ON switches
1 x DELL ME5024 SAN
3 x DELL R640 Servers.
1 x Watchguard M Series firewall.
1 x Dell 6024 switch for out of band management stuff like idrac.
I need someone who is confident and experienced with Dell networking stuff to configure our switches. 3 servers will be in failover cluster.
switches needs to handle iSCSI traffic from servers to storage box.
Virtual machine traffic
uplink to watchguard.
VLTi between switches using 100GB ports.
we have all cables and its all SFP28 connectivity.
