Dell Switch Setup and Configuration

I need two Dell PowerSwitch S5224F-ON switches reset and configured.

Requirements:
- Reset switches to factory settings
- Configure for GUI access
- Update firmware and relevant software
- Set up redundancy (any protocol)
- Configure some VLANs

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Dell networking equipment
- Knowledge of VLANs and redundancy protocols
- Proficient in network configuration and firmware updates
