Hiring for Project Management Trainer in Cyber Security
Hands-on knowledge of either AWS or Azure, with a good understanding of similar services running on the other platform.



Cloud-Native and Hybrid Systems

Cloud Concepts:
In-depth understanding of cloud computing principles, including compute, storage, and networking.
Familiarity with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud deployment strategies.
Scalability and High Availability:


Networking Fundamentals

Network Architecture:
Strong understanding of network topologies and design principles (e.g., LAN, WAN, VPN, Subnets).
Knowledge of routing, switching, and DNS configurations in platform-agnostic environments.
Virtual Private Cloud (VPC): similar terminology in Azure
Understanding of virtual networking concepts such as isolated network environments, subnets, route tables, and NAT gateways.
Ability to design and manage VPCs or equivalent virtual networks across any platform.
Load Balancing:
Proficiency in configuring and managing load balancers (application-level and network-level) to ensure high availability.
Traffic Management:
Skills in managing traffic flows, including ingress/egress rules, bandwidth optimization, and minimizing latency.


Security and Access Control

Security Groups and Firewall Management:
Ability to define and manage security group rules, firewalls, and access control lists (ACLs) to secure systems.
Understanding of the principles of least privilege and zero-trust architecture.
Network Security:
Expertise in implementing VPNs, TLS/SSL encryption, and secure communication protocols.
Ability to design intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS) for secure environments.
Authentication and Authorization:
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
Implementation of platform-agnostic solutions for user authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).


Monitoring and Incident Response


Understanding of project management tools like Jira, and sprints and agile terminology
