Configure access points and mikrotik router using vlans

I have engenius access points total 12 eap1300 which are connected to switch engenius ews 48 port managed gigabit switch , Router is mikrotik Cloud Core CCR1036-12G which has one wan connection , and ezmaster controller to manage these 12 access points . i want to configure only wires are connected every 6 access points will be in different vlans for more information contact me.
