Configure Wireguard VPN on Azure

I want to connect my office location and home location over a wireguard vpn hosted on Azure. I want two routers also configured to connect to the vpn such that the individual clients dont have to connect.

For security reasons config will be done as a shared session, with you directing most of the work.

Lastly I do want some help configuring a Cisco desk phone i purchased and am having trouble with someone with Cisco network experience is higly desirable
