Config Mikrotik router hAP lite

I'm looking for a freelancer who can help me optimize the performance and traffic management of my Mikrotik router in an enterprise environment. The model is "hAP lite".

Existing structure:
- 3 input internet providers
- 1 router that will distribute to other machines on the network

The structure will look like this:
- internet (3 links) > mikrotik > router > internal network

The specific configuration tasks I need help with are:

- if there is instability in an internet network, use the next fastest one
- optimizing router performance for efficient network operation
- ensure that mikrotik is properly protected against unauthorized access
