Comprehensive Startup IT Support-ONLY SOANSIH AND ENGLISH SPEAKERS

We are a small startup looking for a freelance IT Systems Specialist.

**Requirements**

* Spoken Spanish and English.
* Average availability of 4 hours per day.
* Strong practical knowledge of desktop IT support, Windows, Microsoft 365, and Google applications.
* Ability to work with APIs and integrations between different applications.
* Experience setting up and managing cloud servers for the company.
* Ability to learn and work with applications such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, databases, and other software commonly used by small businesses, including email marketing tools, calendars, and website management systems.
* Extensive use of ChatGPT and similar tools to develop small applications and automations.
* Ability to support the implementation of Bitrix24 between September and October 2026, as well as WhatsApp Business with Spoki.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Ability to understand, organise, and document workflows and business processes.
* Initiative to optimise and automate business operations through technology.
* Knowledge of artificial intelligence and n8n will be considered an advantage.

**Compensation**

* €300 per month.
* Two-month trial period.
