Comprehensive Network Design & Testing

My organization currently operates both a wired and a wireless network. I'm seeking a network design and testing expert to improve the current infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the existing network infrastructure
- Identify areas for potential improvement
- Develop a detailed network design proposal
- Implement and test the new design
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in network infrastructure design and testing
- Strong analytical skills to identify network performance issues
- Understanding of security protocols and best practices
- Ability to work with both wired and wireless networks
- Excellent communication skills to explain and document changes made
The project will require working closely with our IT team, understanding our current network setup, and proposing changes that will enhance both security and performance. The final design should be scalable to accommodate future growth in device connections.
