I am seeking a talented individual to develop a robust Network Management System (NMS) to track and manage key operational aspects of my network. The key outcomes for this endeavor should include:

* Monitoring network performance
* Troubleshooting network issues
* Managing specific network devices, specifically switches and routers

Although metrics specifics weren't specified, a capable NMS should be capable of tracking a variety of performance indices.

SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol): Implementing SNMP for monitoring and managing network devices. The NMS server will poll SNMP-enabled devices for status and performance data.
Simulation
Using Cisco Packet Tracer, simulate the network configuration:
