Compassionate Care Recovery Home for Mental Health Challenges

I would like to start a recovery home for women who have been diagnosed with mental illnesses. This recovery home would help the women by connecting them with resources in the community that help them with reduced-price medications, job placement(how to write resumes, help them to find community programs for mental health counseling, and if these women have a history of substance abuse, I would get them connected to 12 step support groups like Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and other support groups at local hospitals. I would have a referral program set up to refer them to Social workers who can assist them to find housing, and section eight services so that they can afford to pay for their houses. These women would have to fill out applications to apply for food stamps, Medicaid for health insurance and other resources.
