Clumsy 2.0 and 3.0 not affecting network on new laptop

Looking for someone experienced in Wireless Local Area Networks. Sharing my home wifi to my ps4 through windows 11. Clumsy is having no effect on the network. Hoping to find someone to help set it up so it works.
