Game Project small

I'm in search of a skilled freelancer who possesses expertise in Unreal Engine and Carla Simulator. The project entails developing a scenario in which a car is driven, allowing us to retrieve data regarding various parameters such as maximum speed and weather conditions and more. Additionally, the freelancer should have experience in importing a new map from OpenStreetMap into Carla and converting it into a format recognized by Carla. Furthermore, the scenario should incorporate different conditions like adverse weather, darkness ect. Additionally, a connection to a database needs to be established.
