- Perform first diagnosis of problem
- Deliver known solutions
- Answer general product/technical questions
- Phone, email, onsite and remote support

Support level 2
- 8x5xNBD
- Analyze problems in depth
- Problem duplication
- Answer high level product/technical questions
- Provide troubleshooting guidance to first-level support
- Hardware diagnose/verification
- Hardware replacement at best effort
- Firmware upgrade
- Phone, email, onsite and remote support
- Advanced Parts Replacement (RMA) within 2-3 days
