CISCO CUE -- 2

I have a CUE 9.0.5. It was working perfectly before. A while ago, the hard drive got corrupted. After fixing the hard drive issue and reinstalling the VM and the CUE. Auto attendant works. It'll answer the calls. But External calls can't reach internal extensions as it'll give a fast busy tone. Internal extensions work fine. Only external calls with the auto attendant will give a busy tone. Most likely a minor configuration issue.
