Building reliable, robust & secure home network
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need support to design and implement a secure home network that allows smart home applications.
Work should include:
- Network architecture design (how many LANs/VLANs, switches, routers, mesh connections, etc…)
- Selecting the hardware component to be purchased
- Work remotely to support step-by-step implementation (as needed)
- Reference to reliable standers to support network architecture design, component selection and setup.
The network should allow seamless internet homes use, smart home applications and CCTV as well. External and internal access to smart home platforms application and CCTV should be possible while maintains home cyber security. Integration between different platforms should be possible as well.
At this stage will not include selections CCTV system, component, smart home applications or IoT devices, however, recommendations of what could compromise network security is expected.
This project might be extended to cover assessment on final smart home project.
