Build company network

Want to setup company network for my newly formed company with proper security protocols, firewall, etc to give access to employees working remotely to our server and protect data from cyberattacks. Looking for a Network Architect or Specialist with substantial hands on experience in setting up networks and firewalls with latest security protocols and best practices for small to mid size companies. Cloud security/ network experience especially preferable,
