We are looking for an experienced **Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer** to join our team and optimize the infrastructure of **Ethereum nodes**. You will be responsible for deploying, optimizing, and securing nodes to ensure maximum performance for our **MEV & Staking on Ethereum** project.

? Responsibilities:
✔️ Deploy and optimize Ethereum nodes** (Execution Layer & Consensus Layer) to run high-frequency MEV strategies.
✔️ Improve network latency and reliability** by optimizing peering, gossip, and block storage.
✔️ Configure and monitor RPC Nodes**, Validator Nodes, and Flashbots/MEV-Boost relayers.
✔️ Automate infrastructure** using Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform.
✔️ Secure nodes** against attacks and exploits (DDoS, Sybil, Slashing, MEV front-running).
✔️ Analyze transaction performance** and optimize on-chain interactions (gas fees, bundling, block space usage).
✔️ Collaborate with smart contract developers** to ensure seamless execution of MEV and staking operations.

? Required Skills & Experience:
? Proven experience** in blockchain node management and optimization, ideally with **Ethereum, Cosmos, or Polkadot**.
? Mastery of Ethereum clients **Geth, Nethermind, Erigon, Lighthouse, Prysm, Teku** and optimization techniques.
? Strong knowledge of **Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible** for automation and scalability.
? Expertise in **monitoring and logging** tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, OpenTelemetry).
? Experience with **performance tuning** (network latency, storage, CPU/RAM optimization, pruning).
? Understanding of blockchain security challenges (RPC security, DDoS mitigation, Flashbots relayers, slashing protection).
? Experience with AWS, GCP, Bare Metal Servers for large-scale deployment.
