Assistance with Configuring MikroTik Router with Failover

Assistance configuring MikroTik RB4011

- Configure VLANs
- Configure WAN Failover from Main Internet Link to 4G (Think this could be VRRP)
- Script to backup Config an email config file once a week
- Script to send email when Primary WAN Link has failed over and also once WAN Link fails back to Primary
- Configure Ports on MikroTik to able to connect two switches as per Network Diagram
- Each VPN to have DHCP enabled

I would like to also watch this being done for my own training and knowledge

Would like to also discuss about upgrading MikroTik to RouterOS 7
