After uninstalling and re-installing OpenVPN, the tunnel is working but can't ping external network

I installed then uninstalled then installed OpenVPN, the tunnel is working on my local network but the server can't ping anything external like ping www.google.com or ping www.github.com or whatever, please if you have experience in that I wait for your bid, please bid only if you have network knowledge and you've seen such issue before because I don't want to mess up the server, it's a work environment.
