Active Directory DHCP Expert Needed

I'm currently experiencing an issue in my Active Directory network where DHCP isn't allocating IP addresses to PCs - instead, the system is showing BAD ADDRESSES. I've already restarted the DHCP server service, checked the DHCP lease duration, and verified the DHCP server settings, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

I need someone who has:
