Senior NetSuite Consulting Support

I'm preparing to roll NetSuite out company-wide and want the confidence that every module, workflow and integration is set up right the first time. Your role is to act as the senior consultant who reviews my current processes, designs the optimal NetSuite architecture, and then guides (or executes) the build, data migration and training until we reach a clean go-live.

Scope
The engagement spans the full project life-cycle—planning, configuration, custom scripting (SuiteScript 2.0 / SuiteFlow), API integrations with our existing tools, testing and user enablement. I’ll stay hands-on throughout, so expect regular feedback loops and iterative refinements rather than a black-box hand-off.

Deliverables
• Phased implementation blueprint with realistic milestones
• Configured NetSuite instance aligned to agreed process maps
• Documented customisations and integration endpoints
• Knowledge-transfer session for key users, plus a short “how-to” reference pack

Acceptance criteria: the blueprint is approved, the configured environment passes UAT without critical defects, and stakeholders can complete everyday tasks unaided after training.
