Oracle NetSuite Developer (NetSuite CRM, Celigo, and Monday.com experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop, maintain, and enhance custom solutions within the NetSuite CRM ecosystem.
* Configure and optimize saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, workflows, and forms to meet business needs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues, manage support tickets, and administer user roles, permissions, and onboarding.
* Work extensively with lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer data optimization within NetSuite CRM.
* Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for automation and continuous improvement.
* Manage data transfers through CSV and EDI formats to ensure data integrity.
* Lead and support Celigo-based integrations with third-party platforms.
* Enhance and maintain integrations with platforms like BigCommerce, Magento2, and others.
* Build and optimize team workflows, task boards, and collaboration tools using Monday.com.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to support NetSuite implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
* Ensure system accuracy, security, and performance through best practices and proactive monitoring.
* Document technical processes and share knowledge across teams to ensure supportability and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
* 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience (SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, customizations).
* Proven expertise in Oracle NetSuite CRM, especially in managing customer lifecycle and sales pipeline modules.
* Experience designing and managing Monday.com dashboards, workflows, and automation.
* Strong knowledge of NetSuite architecture: roles, permissions, security models.
* Experience with inventory, order management, and financial modules in NetSuite.
* Proficient in Core Java, JavaScript (JSON), and SQL.
* Comfortable working with CSV and EDI data formats.
* Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Bonus Points:
* Hands-on experience with the Celigo Integration Platform.
* Previous work with BigCommerce integrations.
* Familiarity with dashboard/KPI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
* Exposure to enterprise-level system environments and large-scale implementations.
