Netsuite Setup

Need help setting up permissions in NetSuite and understanding what data objects to pull using SOAP APIs to be able to build a particular report in internal data warehouse, it required multiple objects to be pulled from NetSuite you would
1> Identify which objects need to be pulled
2> How the objects relate
3> Minimum set of permissions required in NetSuite to accomplish that.
