NetSuite SuiteScript for Backorder Automation

Project: NetSuite SuiteScript – Automate Backorder Allocation
I need a SuiteScript automation in NetSuite that will allocate inventory received to backordered Sales Orders.
Allocation must follow these rules:
Oldest-first. Respect Ship Complete and Credit Hold: allocate but do not fulfill. Only process Approved Sales Orders. No partial line fulfillment: full line or hold. Alerts needed for blocked lines (separate alert script exists, I can provide parameters and script id). Drop ship items on Ship Complete orders → trigger alert (Sales Order ID + item IDs). Fulfillment should use bin in the same way as the Automated Location Service. Location handling: allow allocation from any receipt location. Do not attempt to fulfill already fulfilled items.
Deliverables
SuiteScript 2.x/2.1 (User Event + Map/Reduce).
Integrated error handling and alerts as needed.
Basic deployment/configuration instructions.
Testing in sandbox with sample scenarios.
I maintain retain ownership of all scripts at project completion.

Prior NetSuite SuiteScript experience is mandatory.
