NetSuite Ship-To Auto-Sync Script
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a small SuiteScript solution that, whenever a new Sales Order is created, automatically fills the native Ship To address fields with the values that already live in my custom Shipping-address fields. In other words, the script should watch the Sales Order at creation time and copy the data from those custom fields straight into NetSuite’s standard Ship To area so users never have to key it in twice.
I am using standard Sales Orders with custom address fields already on the record. All logic happens only on record creation; no updates are required later. SuiteScript 2.x is preferred, and a User Event (beforeSubmit) is likely the cleanest approach, but I am open to a Client script if you can justify it.
Deliverables
• A fully commented SuiteScript 2.x file that performs the copy on create
• Deployment notes so I can install and test in Sandbox and Production
• A quick test checklist showing the expected result for a newly entered order
