I’m ready to roll out NetSuite across our organization and need a hands-on expert who can take us from first login to daily productivity.
Scope
– Configure NetSuite to streamline our end-to-end business operations, with particular focus on:
• Order management workflows for our Sales & Marketing team.
• Financial consolidation and reporting for Finance & Accounting.
• Supply chain management processes for Operations & Supply Chain.
– Set up roles, permissions, dashboards, and basic automations so each department can work efficiently from day one.
– Migrate essential data (customers, vendors, items, open transactions) and validate accuracy.
– Provide live, department-specific training sessions plus concise how-to documentation our staff can reference later.
– Offer post-go-live support to smooth out any early hiccups.
Key tools & expectations
• Deep NetSuite functional knowledge—SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, saved searches, and dashboard customization.
• Clear communication of best practices and any limitations before configuration starts.
• Ability to suggest incremental improvements we can tackle over time as our budget allows.
Deliverables are considered complete when workflows run without errors, each department has at least one trained “power user,” and core reports match our source data.
