NetSuite Restlet modification (Inbound Shipment / Landed Costs)

We have an existing NetSuite Restlet that can create and update NetSuite objects

We have two special cases that I need added
#1: Update STATUS for inbound Shipment
#2: Create & Update & Delete Landed Cost records to a Inbound shipment

Basically
#1: add a if condition at that identifies these special cases to the existing restlet,
#2: update the test plan.
#3: perform the tests.
#4: provide the test protocol

Note: We use the OAuth 1.0 authentication scheme
