NetSuite Process Design & Integration

I am moving our organisation’s Accounting, Human Resources, and Inventory Management onto Oracle NetSuite and want a specialist who can translate our current, well-documented workflows into an efficient, fully configured cloud environment.

What I already have
• Detailed process documentation for every existing workflow
• Access to all current data sources and legacy systems

What I need from you
• Map each documented workflow to the appropriate NetSuite modules
• Configure Accounting, HR, and Inventory so they mirror our current processes while leveraging NetSuite’s best-practice features
• Migrate historical data and integrate any live feeds so cut-over can happen with minimal disruption
• Validate the build through unit tests, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance sessions
• Provide knowledge-transfer sessions plus concise how-to guides for our staff

Acceptance criteria
1. All Accounting, HR, and Inventory transactions flow end-to-end in NetSuite without manual workarounds.
2. Key reports (financial statements, head-count metrics, stock position) reproduce the numbers we obtain from the legacy systems within an agreed variance.
3. Users can perform their day-to-day tasks entirely inside NetSuite following the supplied guides.
