NetSuite Full Backup with Attachments

I need a one-time, full system backup of our entire NetSuite ERP account, including every record, customisation, file cabinet asset, and all task‐related attachments. The final package should be delivered as a single, well-organised archive (ZIP) that we can store offline for disaster-recovery purposes.

The scope covers:
• Extraction of all data tables, metadata, and configuration settings
• Complete file cabinet download so no attachment is missed
• Verification that tasks, notes and workflow history are represented in the export

I am happy for you to achieve this through SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, data export tools, or any other proven method, so long as the integrity of the dataset is demonstrably intact when we restore or open the archive.

Deliverables
1. Compressed ZIP containing the full backup, logically structured.
2. Read-me document explaining folder layout and restoration steps.
3. Brief validation report confirming record counts and checksum results.

Acceptance criteria: file hash totals match your report; random spot-checks on records and attachments open correctly; NetSuite login credentials are never stored in plain text anywhere in the package.
