NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing Inventory Sync
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are already live on NetSuite and the finance and shipping workflows are running smoothly, but the Advanced Manufacturing module is largely untouched. As a result, inventory figures in Operations never match reality and sales orders are not decrementing stock in real time. I need an expert who can jump straight into our instance, diagnose why stock levels are drifting, and configure the Advanced Manufacturing settings so sales-order activity is reflected instantly on-hand.
Key deliverables
• Review current Advanced Manufacturing and inventory setup, then document all configuration gaps
• Implement the fixes or scripts required so every sales order updates inventory the moment it is approved or fulfilled
• Reconcile existing on-hand quantities so the system becomes the single source of truth
• Walk my operations team through the new process flow and provide a concise step-by-step guide we can keep internally
Acceptance will be based on two consecutive weeks where system on-hand quantities stay accurate to within 1 % of physical counts and every new sales order automatically adjusts inventory without manual intervention.
