HubSpot and NetSuite already run side-by-side in our organisation; what we now need is a clean, dependable link between them through HubSpot’s native Data Sync connector for NetSuite. The goal is full alignment of customer and order data so that every stakeholder works from a single source of truth.
Work required
• Authenticate and configure the native HubSpot → NetSuite app.
• Map HubSpot Contacts and Companies to NetSuite Customers, and HubSpot Deals to NetSuite Sales Orders.
• Guarantee that the core fields we rely on—Name and Email plus Phone and Address—flow one way NS-HS, together with our Sales Rep and Industry attributes.
• Reconcile every existing record, flag exceptions and resolve mismatches so historic data is consistent.
