Develop a Production Plan

The task involves taking an existing Production Plan system operating using excel and turn it into something much more substantial, quickly adaptive and comunicative, with dashboards and the ability to recive back realtime results, notes and information. The ability to interact from and back into Netsuite would be perfect.
Current problems to solve are: time it takes to plan, can't change it easy once set as involves having to print new sheets for team members (ability to see work and respond back from personal celfones would be ideal), entetring new process times readings into database take time...
