Time Sensitive: Create A Netlify Proxy Forward to External URL

We have a domain hosted on Netlify and we need an extension forwarded and masked by proxy to an external URL. We have the basic "To: From:" setup already, but we need the forward to include the path in the "To" URL so the page renders correctly.
