Smart-Collaboration-Startup looking for Senior Fullstack Web Dev to join the Team

In order to go from feature ideas to their implementations fast to improve the product-market-fit, I am are looking for an expert willing to work 40h/week as a Senior Fullstack Web Developer in the agile Web Development team of PosterLab.

Your main job is to implement features based on the input from the product owner while also shaping the product itself. Applicants from EU countries are preferred, because this eases GDPR and other legal constraints significantly

The requirements to fill this role in our team are as follows:

Language:
- You speak English fluently
- You are able to communicate clearly and precisely

Soft skills:
- You take ownership for tasks
- You have own ideas and you can articulate them precisely
- You like working in teams, experience working in SCRUM teams is a plus

Hard skills:
- You have experience, working as a full stack web developer
You have experience working with:
- Node JS
- Vue and Nuxt
- Nest JS
- TypeScript
- Docker
- Experience with AWS is a plus

In your role, you are accountable for:
- You are accountable for the features assigned to you in the SCRUM meetings.

You are responsible for:
- You implement new features or improve existing ones
- You take part in SCRUM ceremonies (dailies, sprint planning, sprint review, backlog grooming, etc.)
- You translate feature ideas into implementation plans and implement them
- You review code from other developers

Hours per week to work:
- You are able to work 40 hours per week as a part of our SCRUM team
- You are able to dedicate at least 80% of your time to work for PosterLab

The team time zone (in which you should be available with the response time mentioned below):
- You are able to regularly be available between 9:00 and 17:00 UTC+1

The expected response time in the team’s time zone is:
- 6 hours on working days. The availability with this response time starts at 9 and ends 17:00 in the team’s time zone.

You will work with the following tools:
- ClickUp for task management, SCRUM boards, etc.
- MS Teams for meetings and communication
- Gitlab as the repository for the codebase
- AWS

Access to personal data:
- You are willing to sign an NDA as well as a data processing agreement to work together with us.

- Interviews will be held at one or two days each week from the 30.12.21 likely until the 21.01.22
- Both you and we decide if we want to work together
