Please help to solve the issue with Twilio integration

Hi folks,
I am implementing call using Twilio API.
But I faced some problems in here. I implemented code like Twilio docs but my code is not working well, I think.
When I call using my project using Twilio to my real phone, I can only see just 'missed call' or 'incomming call' in call history at my phone and cant see any rining.
If you have an enough experience, you can solve the issue within few minutes.
This project is on going project in long term. If you solve the issue, will be some projects for you.
I am looking for long-term coopoeration with you.
