Backend using Nest JS

I am looking for a reliable Freelancer to help my internal developers to complete building our secondary backend system using Nest JS.

This will handle
-fetching data form a 3rd party API
-Store the data ,
-Run business logic
-Share the responses to the mobile app.
-Develop internal APIs for the consumption of the mobile app

Send status alerts via email ( AWS ses) and WhatsApp ( 3rd party)

Loadbalancer,
Auto scalling,
Vpc,
fargate

Docker based deployment using bitbucket.
