I need someone who has experience designing for METAL ART

I have attached an example of a rough draft of exactly what I need. This is for metal art. You must understand how metal art needs to be designed to do this project. The font is in the center is Apricot. I will not accept any other font type for the center. The lines in the wheel needs to connect with the font. it needs to be cleaned up. I am not a designer, I did my best to connect them as best I could. The fonts (congratulations, greenpower, etc.) all around the circle needs to be transparent. Please use stencil font. Please ensure you connect the pieces for the letter "A, O, R, #4, #0". You must understand metal sign designing to properly do this. thanks,
