I retained a law firm in Perth WA Australia in 2015 to represent me in a WASC civil litigation case. This case was a dispute by my siblings (plaintiff) over my mother’s Will where I was a defendant. The plaintiff’s lawyer consumed significant hours making baseless assertions on my mother’s mental capacity. I defended my mother’s mental capacity with two medical certificates of my mother’s mental health within eight months of her death.

After unsuccessful Mediation I instructed my lawyer to file solemn form proceedings. The plaintiff’s lawyer then proposed a settlement with my lawyer. I rejected this settlement proposal as the plaintiff proposed that each party pay
