Mobile Wallet - Flutter

Looking for a Flutter developer to build a simple cross-platform wallet app to do the following:
- Add Cards to the wallet using RFID/NFC reading method / manual entry / Card barcode reading.
- Save Cards info Locally on the Mobile device.
- Option to have a default card from wallet to be present to RFID/NFC reader.
