You're encouraged to emphasize on our affordable premiums, comprehensive coverage and unmatched customer service to potential clients.
Although we depend on cold calling to find clients currently, new methods and innovative approaches are always welcome. This role offers commission-based compensation, the rate of which will be tied to the policy value of each referred client.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of Health, Auto and Home insurance
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Experience in lead generation would be a bonus.
