Creating NFC smart ring ( for payment such as visa , master etc )

I’m planning to create NFC smart ring for payment such as visa , master , Amex etc. I haven’t had a NFC ring yet.

I would like know all of the process for creating NFC ring for payment.

I’m also looking for someone who can be between me and factory in China where creates NFC ring.
