Contactless EMV Payment Commands Development

I'm looking for a professional who can provide the necessary commands/steps for a contactless EMV transaction focused on credit card payments via the Mastercard, Visa, Amex networks.
I am using a pn5180 nfc module and controlling it with a raspberry pi pico. I have the pn5180 communicating with cards but am struggling trying to get a response from the PPSE command.
Currently getting responses: ATQA, SAK, ATS and PPS
