AL development for Dynamics 365

I need someone who is proficient in AL development. The scope of the project includes working in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 sandbox environment to add export functionality of generated EFT files in the payment journal screen. The file needs to be exported and uploaded to an Azure Blob Storage.
