Migration of all data and customizations from NAV R2 2013 to Business Central on premise

We have a version of Microsoft Dinamics NAV 2013 R2 with some modified objects, we need an experienced team that can migrate the data to a new version of NAV that has evolved over the years, Business Central on premise.
The tasks are as follows:
Migrate and transfer all data from the old Dinamics NAV 2013 R2 database to the new Business Central On premise, this includes all data, customers, suppliers, items and lists, as well as accounting movements and balances.
Also you will need to import ( if necessary ) or rewrite some customizations of some modified objects.
The collaboration of experts only is required, no improvers or junior developers will be considered.
