sentiment analysis - covid vaccines

i need to create a basic sentiment analysis tool that can determine positivity and negativity from a tweets dataset. it needs to answer three questions from the covid vaccines tweet database:
- for vaccines, or anti-vax
- which is the favourite vaccine?
- does the location have an impact

if i can have tables or charts created based on these questions - i can do the remaining work
