AI-powered Arabic Virtual Assistants/Chatbots

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer to help me build/train an AI-powered Arabic virtual assistant/chatbot through GPT4 API (I have it). I need someone who can create/train an assistant that can understand and process inquiries, answer customer support questions, schedule customer appointments, and retrieve information for customers. This virtual assistant/chatbot must be accessible on a website, messaging apps, and through phone calls so customers can access it from their chosen platform.
